How Do I Get the Right Size Boxing Shoes
This is a guide for women and men on how to size boxing shoes.

So you are ready to get your next pair of boxing shoes but are not really sure what size you should get? You may hear some people say go up one size, or down a size. There are so many opinions out there who is to know who to listen to? The answer really depends on the brand of shoe and the person buying them. Let us explain a little more about how to pick the right size boxing shoe or boxing boot.
First thing to do is to measure your foot. Our feet often swell during the day due to heat and activity. For the best fit, measure your feet at the end of the day.
Sizing by Brand: Every brand is not created equal. So we decided to call all the name brands and get the true answers from the horses mouth. They went as far as to measure the shoes while on the phone. Thanks Cleto Reyes, cool customer service!
Note: “True to size” means if your everyday shoe is a size 8, then you would buy a size 8 in that boxing shoe .
Adidas Boxing Shoes & Lifting Shoes:
They run true to size for both men and women. They come in sizes 4 to 14 1/2. They do come in half sizes.
Men- True to size
Women- True to size for women shoes. If its a mans boxing shoe, which most of them are, if it isn’t it will specifically tell you it’s a woman’s, go for a size and a half lower. So for example if you are a size 7 1/2 women, go for a size 6 in men.
Cleto Reyes Boxing Shoes:
They are in men sizes only. They come in sizes 7,8,9,10,11,12 . They do not come in half sizes.
Men- They run a little tighter than your average everyday shoe. If you have a wide foot, go a size up. If you don’t have a wide foot, you can stay with your normal shoe size. If you are a half size, go up a size , so if your a size 8 1/2 , get a size 9.
Women- Go a half size up.If you are a size 7 1/2 , go for a size 8.

Puma Boxing Shoes:
They run true to size for both women and men. They come in half sizes in some shoes.
Men- true to size
Women-true to size -The Eskiva’s are women boxing shoes and will be women sizes.
Reebok Boxing Shoes:
They are in men sizes only. They also sell kids..They come in men sizes 7 to a size 14..after size 12, they don’t come in half sizes.
Men- Men boxing boot runs true to size.
Women– Go a size in a half down. A women 7 1/2 would be a men size 6. Our men shoes provide a little more width than our women shoes.
Otomix Boxing Shoes:
They come in sizes 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14..They come in male or female sizes. They have half sizes.
Men-true to size
Women-true to size – you will have the option to choose a women size so no need trying to figure out what men size you would need. Pretty cool.
Ringside Boxing Shoes:
They are men sizes. They do run a little tight. They come in sizes 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13 They do not have half sizes.
Men- True to fit, if you are a size 9 , go with a 9. If you are a size 9 1/2 , go for a size 10.
Women-Every shoe is a men size except any pink shoes. The pink shoes are women sizes. If you are going for one of the men shoe, and you are for example a size 7 1/2 , get a size 6. So go down a size and a half in the men shoe.
Rival Boxing Shoes:
No half sizes, are in men sizes, true to fit.
Men-True to Size. If you are a size 8 1/2 , go for a size 9. So go up for half sizes to the next full size.
Women- go down 1 size in a half. So if you wear a size 7 1/2 , go with a size 6.
