Rival Kids Boxing Boots

Why should you trust us

Best Boxing Shoes.net has a team of testers who wrestles or have wrestled and just plane love the sport. One of our contributors has one NJ State Champs in 93 and another one of our contributors coaches NCAA. We also have many contributors who have boxed many rounds in the ring indoors and outdoors. We are dedicated to letting you know everything possible about the shoe. We test them ourselves, we talk to our inner circles of boxers and wrestlers and ask them what they think about a particular shoe, and we surf the internet and read thousands of reviews so you don’t have to .

How we test

What we do is a few fold. First we start with a giaganto spreadsheet and list every possible wrestling shoe know to man. Are we over kill? We think we have to be to be as precise as we can. We look at every technology about the shoe and then narrow that down to the precise thing we are looking for, be it comfort or what have you . After that we take to the streets. We have professionals who have battled in the sport and know a thing or 2. We also take to our inner circles and see what the word on the street is about a particular shoe. After that we take to major websites and gather all the reviews for that particular shoe, plug it into our database and compare it with our own findings. Then we write about our results and offer you an affiliate store that we find to have the best price for that shoe.

We are going to be looking at the Rival collection today. These are some really nice shoes for so many reasons. The company has been around for a little over 10 years and are made in Canada. They broke through the boxing world as a humble company with some really kick but technology that to this day, companies are trying to copy. They are a favorite of many famous boxers and rightly so. Lets take a look at what they got.

Rival Low Cut Boxing Boot

What are these shoes top benefits- Lightweight, Fast, Breathable, Arch Support.

To start off with , if you are looking for your feet to breath, look no further. These shoes come with a mesh & patent leather upper and a sock liner that is breathable that will guarantee you that you will get that max airflow coming into your shoe and thus creating a cooling affect from ever-side of your foot. They are fully ventilated microfiber technology. Now again, like we were saying, these are the things other companies are trying to copy but just can’t.

Ok, something else that we really loved was how thin they were and how flexible they were as well. If you like to dance around the ring, you need to give these a try. They are very light and will give you that flexibility you need to get one on your opponent.

Lets talk about the arch support. We thought that these shoes had great arch support. The insoles are ergonomic , basically they mold to your arch, and they are super comfy. They have a high top profile which will give you great support. They weigh 390g

Rival Low Cut Boxing Boot With Mesh

What are these shoes top benefits-Breathable,Grip, Arch Support,Lightweight

The thing we really liked was the how ventilated these shoes got. This is all in part because of the microfiber that they use and also because of the cowhide suede uppers. This really makes for some breathable shoes. They also come with a mesh sock liner which again is going to get that airflow going from all sides of your foot.

They are awesome for grip and flexibility and they are one durable shoe as well.

Again, what we are noticing with this entire collection is that they dominate with arch support. They come with an ergonomic insole which again will mold to your arch and the cushion just makes it so nice for arch support. That is very important for the ring, or the gym, or just even walking for that matter. Not even your everyday walking shoe has this kind of technology.

The support again is a key factor with Rival. They have a high top profile which will give you that great support. the weight is 390g and they are 5.5” ( 220 mm ) high.

Rival RSX-ONE boxing boots

The big difference between these shoes and the Rival Low Cut Boxing Boot With Mesh is that these are 3 inches taller at 8.5″ high.

Again, same as the Low Cut Boxing Boot, the thing we really liked was the how ventilated these shoes got. This is all in part because of the microfiber that they use and also because of the cowhide suede uppers. This really makes for some breathable shoes. They also come with a mesh sock liner which again is going to get that airflow going from all sides of your foot.
